Hello everyone!! I hope you are doing great. Today it's Salmorejo's recipe, it's a recipe I've been wanting to upload since I started the blog, but at home we usually  prepare it in a hurry I always forgot to take the photos, I'm a disaster I know. This recipe is super simple and perfect for this time of year.

First we are going to scald the tomatoes, so we will put a pot with boiling water and introduce the tomatoes until their skin cracks and we take them out. I also put some eggs to cook. Now we proceed to peel the tomatoes, we remove the center and cut them into pieces.

After we crush the tomatoes and the garlic clove, I recommend you do it in a large bowl so that it doesn't splash everywhere, I'm only putting it on a plate for the photo since the container where I do it is quite ugly. Once we have done this e add the bread, a good drizzle of olive oil,a dash of vinegar, salt and we crush everything again, until we get the desired consistency and it's ready!. To accompany the salmorejo we like to add cucumber, hard boiled egg and ham.

The bread we buy it's said that it was special to make salmorejo, but if you don't find this some type of soft bread or the one that you find, in the end the taste of the salmorejo depends more on the tomatoes.
