Primero vamos a preparar la marinada, para ello exprimiremos un limon, añadiermos un buen chorreon de aceite de oliva y sal al gusto. Luego cortaremos nuestro tofu, yo lo corte en triangulos pero podeis cortarlos como mas os guste y lo añadis a la marinada y lo dejais ahi durante una hora aproximadamente.
First, we are going to prepare the marinade, for this we will squeeze a lemon, add some olive oil and salt to taste. Then we will cut our tofu, I cut it into triangles but you can cut them as you like and add it to the marinade and leave it there for about an hour.
When the time has passed, we will proceed to bread our tofu. For them, we will first cover it with cornstarch, then we pass the tofu again through the marinade and cover it well with breadcrumbs. When we have our pieces ready we will place them on a tray with greaseproof paper. And we will put them in the oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes on each side.
Mientras se hace nuestro tofu en el horno vamos a pasar a preparar nuestra salsa. primero en una sarten freimos media cebolla con aceite de oliva. Despues añadiremos una cuharadita de harina, el zumo de un limon, un poco de aceite de oliva, sal al gusto, 150 ml de leche y romero al gusto a fuego bajo. Iremos removiendo bien nuestra salsa y cuando este un poco espesa estará lista.
While our tofu is being made in the oven, we are going to prepare our sauce. First, fry half an onion with olive oil in a pan. Then we will add a teaspoon of flour, the juice of a lemon, a little olive oil, salt to taste, 150 ml of milk and rosemary to taste over low heat. We will stir our sauce well and when it is a little thick it will be ready.
Cuando nuestro tofu este listo lo sacaremos del horno y lo añadiremos a nuestra salsa y dejaremos hervir un par de minutos, ya que sino queda muy seco. Y listo, lo podéis acompañar con vuestras verduras favoritas. Es una receta muy sencilla y deliciosa.
When our tofu is ready, we will take it out of the oven and add it to our sauce and let it boil for a couple of minutes, otherwise, it is very dry. And voila, you can accompany it with your favourite vegetables. It is a very simple and delicious recipe.
