Hola a todos!! Espero que estéis muy bien! Desde mi viaje a Portugal he querido hacer esta manualidad allí vi en una tienda que los vendían pero me parecían bastante caros y pensé que podía hacerlo yo misma y me ha encantado el resultado. Se tarda un poco en hacer pero me parece que queda precioso.
Hello everyone!! I hope you are fine! Since I've been in Portugal I wanted to make this DIY, I saw in a store that sold them but they seemed quite expensive and I thought I could do it and I loved the result. It takes a while to do but I think it is beautiful.
Materiales necesarios
· Un palo de madera, el mio lo cogi en la playa.
· Conchas de vuestra preferencia, mi consejo es que si en la playa os las encontráis con un agujero mejor porque hay algunas que cuesta bastante taladrarlas y si no tienes las herramientas adecuadas es mejor.
· Hilo o cuerda que os guste.
· Un taladro con dos brocas diferentes.
· Hilo y aguja.
Materials

Lo primero que debéis lavar las conchas que valláis a utilizar muy bien. Tened cuidado al lavarlas y secarlas ya que algunas son frágiles y se pueden romper. Después colocarlas de la manera que más os guste. Os recomiendo que cogíais bastantes conchas de cada por si se os rompen.
The first thing you ought to wash the shells that you want to use. Be careful washing and dryingthe shells because some of them can break. Then place them in the way you like it. I recommend that you pick up enough of each shells in case they will break.
Una vez sepáis como vais a colocarlas es momento de realizar los agujeros. Yo los hice con una broca muy pequeña y con la otra hice el agujero mas grande. Os recomiendo que primero probéis a hacer varios agujeros en otras conchas que no quedáis usar. También poned una madera que no os sirva para no dañar la mesa.
Once you know how you are going to place them it is time to make the holes. I made them with a very small drill bit and the other made the biggest hole. I recommend you to try first to make several holes in other shells that you aren't going to use. Also put a wood that will not serve to avoid damaging the table.
Ahora cortar un trozo de cuerda o hilo bastante largo y lo anudáis con dos nudos sencillos y le dais un par de vueltas. Y para sujetarlo lo cosí con hilo de un color parecido al de la cuerda.
Now cut a piece of rope or yarn long enough and you tie with two simple knots and you give a couple of laps. And to hold him sewed it with a thread with a similar color.
Una vez este sujeto empezáis a meter las conchas una a una y le vais haciendo nudos para que se queden sujetas a la altura que queráis.Y cuando terminéis cortáis un trozo de cuerda y la anudáis con simples nudos y cortáis el sobrante. yo lo hice al final pero también podéis hacer esto antes de colocar las tiras de conchas.
Now begin to put the shells one to one and you go knotting to hold them to the height that you want .Then cut a piece of rope and hold it with simple knots and you cut the excess. I did at the end but you can also do this before placing strips shells.
Estoy muy contenta con el resultado ya lo tengo colgado en el cuarto aunque si lo podeis en el exterior es mejor ya que sonará con el viento.
