Primero haremos una especie de caramelo, para ello pondremos en un cazo el zumo de una naranja, un poco de canela y una cucharada de azúcar a fuego medio y lo dejamos hervir hasta que adquiera un color tostado y se espese un poco.

First we will make a kind of caramel, for this we will put in a pot the juice of an orange, a little bot of cinnamon and a spoonful of sugar over medium heat and let it boil until it acquires a tan color and it thickens a bit.

Después pelamos y cortamos las manzanas. Pinchamos la masa para que no suba en exceso  y la metemos al horno durante unos 5 minutos a 180ºC, después la sacamos y colocamos los trozos de manzana. Y esparcimos el caramelo que hicimos previamente por encima. Y lo volvemos a llevar al horno por unos 15-20 minutos a la misma temperatura y listo.

Then we peel and cut the apples. We puncture the dough so that it doesn't rise excessively and we put it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180ºC, then we remove it and place the pieces of apple. And we spread the caramel we previously made on top. And we return it to the oven for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature and ready

El post de hoy es un poco diferente a lo que suelo subir y es que el otro día fui a un bazar chino y encontré diferentes paquetes de ramen y otros productos que me apetecía probar y como en youtube me encanta ver este tipo de vídeos pues me he animado ha daros mi opinión sobre estos.

Today's post is a bit different from what I usually upload but at the other day I went to a Chinese bazaar and found different packages of ramen and other products that I wanted to try , because I'm a fig fan of watching this type of videos on YouTube so I have encouraged to give you my opinion on these.

Si veo que gusta el post haré una segunda parte porque hubo muchos producto que me quede con ganas de probar. Y si tenéis curiosidad y sois de Córdoba yo los adquirí en Chinalandia.

If I see that you like the post I will do a second part because there were many products that I want to try. And if you are curious and you are from Córdoba, I bought them in Chinaland.

This ramen is from the brand Nissin a well-known Japanese brand. Bring the typical noodles and two packages, one with the  flavor powder  and another with the sauce. As for the noodles, I have to say that I like them a lot, other ramen I've tried that have very plastic noodles.

En cuanto al sabor no puedo deciros que tanto sabe a kimchi ya que nunca lo he probado. Tienen un sabor fuerte avinagrado y como algún tipo de salsa de pescado o marisco y es ligeramente picante, también tiene un regusto a ajo. El sabor es bastante raro y no creo que le guste a la mayoría de la gente, para mi no esta mal porque me gusta que sea un poco picante pero tampoco es que sea una maravilla y este buenísimo. Aunque en su favor he de decir que tiene bastante sabor solo con los sobrecitos que trae ya que otros que he probado solo con los sobrecitos no me saben a casi nada.

As for the flavor I cann't tell you how similar it tastes like kimchi since I've never tasted it. They have a strong vinegary flavor and as some kind of fish or seafood sauce and it's slightly spicy, it also has a garlic aftertaste. The taste is quite rare and I don't think most people like it, for me it isn't bad because I like it to be a little spicy but it is hasn't a great taste. Although in his favor I have to say that it has enough flavor only with the packages that it brings since others that I've tried only with the packages it taste like nothing.

El siguiente ramen también es de la marca japonesa Nissin. Y trae dos paquetes, uno con la salsa y otro con el polvito del sabor, más los fideos. Al igual que el anterior los fideos estaban muy ricos y tenían buena consistencia, nada plasticorros.

En cuanto al sabor, no tenían un sabor tan marcado como el anterior, si no que era más suave, tenia un regusto a aceite de ajonjolí. Lo único malo es que no trae verduras, pero si venían con algunas semillas de sésamo . Y como el anterior siento no poderos compararos el sabor al tonkotsu ya que nunca lo he probado. Pero en general no estaba nada mal.

As for the flavor, they didn't have a flavor as marked as the previous one, it was softer, it had an aftertaste of sesame oil. The only bad thing is that it doesn't bring vegetables, but they did come with some sesame seeds. And like the previous one I'm sorry becausel I can't compare you the taste of tonkotsu since I've never tried it before. But overall it wasn't bad at all.

El sabor de la sopa no es muy picante algo que ha sido un poco decepcionante para mí ya que esperaba que fuera mucho más picante pero bueno. La verdad que estaba bastante bueno, también me sorprendí porque encontré dos trocitos muy pequeños que parecían carne de pollo pero no sabían absolutamente a nada. En general está bueno pero para mí gusto le fallan los fideos. 

The taste of the soup isn't very spicy, something that has been a bit disappointing for me since I expected it to be much spicier but it's alright. The truth was that it was quite good, I was also surprised because I found two very small pieces that looked like chicken meat but they tasted absolutely nothing. In general it was good but for me the noodles spoil the dish.

Lo tenia pensado subir la semana pasada pero me faltaba un producto que aun no me ha llegado, y no creo que me llegue pues lo pedí hace ya dos meses.

Como siempre os he dejado los links de todos los productos, solo tenéis que pinchar en las imágenes y os llevarán a la web. Otra cosa, tened en cuenta que los precios de Aliexpress fluctúan mucho y algunas de las cosas me las compré con ofertas que habían en el momento por lo que puede ser que ahora tengan otro precio diferente.

Lo primero que os muestro son estos pantalones cortos que llevaba un montón de tiempo buscando unos de este estilo a la cintura pero la mayoría me quedaban demasiado anchos y es más estaba pensándome si pedir unos que había visto en Aliexpress pero no me fiaba de pantalones porque es mas difícil acertar la talla. Y cuando los vi a 5.99€ en Straudivarius dije esto me lo llevo ya. Y la verdad que estoy deseando que llegue el buen tiempo para ponérmelos.

Y lo otro que me compré en las rebajas fue este jersey que me pareció muy mono, ademas que es super suavecito lo único malo es que es demasiado finito y que las mangas me quedan demasiado largas pero como soy muy enana. También es de Straudivarius y me costo 5.99€

De papelería lo primero que os enseño es esta agenda es pequeñita de 14.5 x 10.5cm. Tiene un diseño muy bonito y lo que más me gusta es que es una agenda perpetua por lo que tu te la vas organizando y si una semana no la quieres utilizar no tienes una hoja en blanco en la agenda. Al principio trae dos hojas para organizar el año. Además me gusta que trae un plástico protector para que no se estropeé. Me costó 3.58€ y venia en una cajita de plástico para que no se estropeara en el envío.

Lo siguiente que os enseño son estos subrayadores de colores  que me tienen totalmente enamorada. Son en colores pastel y tienen dos puntas, una tipo subrayador y otra más finita que podría servir para hacer lettering. Lo único malo es que traspasa un poco el papel. Me costaron 3.93€

The next thing I show you are these  pastel highlighters that have me totally in love. They have two points, one type of highlighter and another more thin that could be used to make lettering. The only bad thing is that it crosses the paper a bit. They cost me 3.93 €.

También me compré un portaminas, a mi me gusta usar estos con la mina más gruesa. Me costaron 2.94€ y por si no os habéis dado cuenta mi color favorito es el azul. Vienen dos portaminas y dos recambios de minas. Son preciosos y estoy absolutamente obsesionada con ellos.

I also bought a mechanical pencil, I like to use these with the thickest mine. They cost me 2.94€  and if you haven't noticed my favorite color is blue. It came with two mechanical pencils and two refill. They are beautiful and I'm absolutely obsessed with them.

Y lo ultimo son estos bolígrafos super cute son todos de tinta negra. El primero del personaje de sin cara de la película del viaje de Chihiro (película recomendadísima) es mi favorito me costó 0.86€. El siguiente de Totoro también es precioso y me costó 0.51€. Y por último este bolígrafo de cactus muy cuqui que me costó 0.55€.

And the last thing is these super cute pens, they're all black ink. The first one of the character of no face of the film Spirited away (recommended film) is my favorite cost me 0.86€. The next one from Totoro is also beautiful and it cost me 0.51€. And finally this cactus pen very cute that cost me 0.55€.

De accesorios os enseño estos pendientes que me tienen completamente enamorada. Me costarón 0.69€. Ya me los he puesto un montón y no pesan nada. Solo espero que no se me pongan feos muy pronto y me duren un poquito aunque por el precio que tienen tampoco es que pueda pedir mucho. Lo único malo es que me tardaron casi un mes en llegar.

Of accessories I show you these earrings that have me completely in love. It cost me 0.69€. I have already put a lot and they aren't heavy. Y este vaso de cactus tan precioso lo compré en Primor por 1.50€. Yo que soy una loca de los cactus quede enamorada en cuando lo vi. También lo había en un verde un poco más clarito.
